SEALFIT Camp (Kokoro)

SEAL FIT Camp - also known as "Kokoro Camp" is the gold standard for training warriors and athletes to be leaders and victors. This starts with leading the self, becoming a servant to others, and developing moral virtues.  These skills are not learned in a textbook, success manual or classroom.  They must be experienced in the arena of hard physical training, mental toughness, emotional discipline, and humility.

Kokoro is "unbeatable spirit" in Japanese.  This is the ultimate goal of a serious warrior, and it includes training the mind, body, emotions, senses, and spirit.  The SEAL FIT Kokoro Camp is a must-do experience for those who are intent on inoculating themselves against failure in life.

Using the infamous Navy SEAL Hell Week as a framework, this camp leverages cutting-edge warrior training principles to include high intensity functional fitness, elite team building, self-mastery and the warrior leader's five-mountain path, awareness development through warrior yoga, and mental toughness and durability training.  The program is intense – a 10 on a 10-point scale of difficulty – and suitable for those who have been training for at least a year.
