December i was 5'8 220 the typical power lifter build, i got sick of it and got into crossfit for a good 2 weeks..THAT got boring and a friend refereed me to SEALFIT.com. with that including a 90% strict paleo diet i am now currently 182.4lbs. I started doing only 25% of the PT sessions and now I am at 100%. amazing workouts..thank you

I hope all is well with you, and thanks for all your hard work and dedication. I'm taking my PFT again soon, and I have very high expectations for myself after all of the gains I've seen using your programming. I was a three sport athlete in highschool and a D1-AA football player in college and I have never been in this type of shape. Your program has not only brought me to a higher level physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. The most beneficial thing I have taken from your programming is that I have come to realize that I can push my body so much further than what I had thought prior to Sealfit. The mental fortitude I have developed over the past few months has been invaluable.

Respectfully, Tyler

Dear Mark,
Upon completing the Kokoro Camp many thoughts ran through my mind, the main ones being sleep, food, and pride. Those 48 hours were perhaps some of the most grueling, yet rewarding I have ever encountered in my life. As a marathon runner and a competitive athlete everything now seems like a cake walk in comparison. But, that is the beauty of this camp sure it is difficult but when you reach the end you feel as though you have accomplished something monumental. For me, a person that hopes to join the ranks of the SEAL community, I now feel I have the confidence to get through BUD/s, and with the experiences I faced in camp I can take it with me to Coronado and use it so I can help not only myself but my teammates. But, honestly even if you are person not looking to get into the service or Special Forces I would recommend this camp simply because it will push you to the limit and see what kind of person you truly are. Are you are person that listens, as they put it at camp, to the dog filled with fear and gives into weakness or are you the person that listens to the dog filled with courage that keeps going despite pain and extreme adversity. This camp, if nothing else, will give you a sense of esteem you cannot get anywhere else. Not only that, but the bonds you will make with your teammates in those couple of days will be almost as strong as the ones you have with friends of several years. Believe me this journey is tough, and I know many of you may be thinking it is only two days but it is the roughest 48 hours you will face outside of the real SEALs, but when you finish the camp you will be filled with a sense of accomplishment and achievement you can take with you for the rest of your life. I can honestly say thanks to this camp it helped show me what I was asking for when wanting to join the SEALs, and now that I have an idea through experience it is safe to say being among the warrior elite is definitely what I want to do. I cannot say enough good things about this camp other than I feel any motivated and determined person should put this on their list to do before they die. Once again thanks Mark for such a truly rewarding and eye opening experience that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Also I want to mention one last thing the coaching staff at SEALfit are by far the best I have ever encountered , these men truly care about you and your well being. The SEALfit team is not simply out to make money but they truly want you to succeed, even if that means through failure.

The SEAL FIT instructors were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated.  The course curriculum was unique, relevant, and challenging.  The overall SEAL FIT experience was as advertised – transformative and unlike anything else I have participated in before.

SEAL FIT is unlike any other program in existence in that it provides an individual with both the opportunity and the capacity to succeed along the hero’s journey and does so with amazing efficiency.  To borrow from wiser words than my own – SEAL FIT enabled us to do today what others would not, so that tomorrow we might achieve what others cannot.

To anyone else that is not satisfied with being “ordinary”; to anyone else looking to get more out of life, to anyone else looking to begin the hero’s journey – SEAL FIT awaits you.

"This camp has been the greatest eye-opening experience of my life. I was pushed harder than I ever thought possible and somehow through sheer will, the ability of the coaches and encouragement of my teammates kept going and made it through the weekend. This camp will truly show you what you are made of and will put that negative inner voice to rest and show your body what it can really do when put to the test. A truly amazing experience if you’re willing to suck up a little pain and discomfort to realize your true potential. Hooyah SEALfit camp 8."

"Mark, just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how glad I am to see you guys at SealFit using that kind of exercise prescription for your clients.  I'm glad to see the military community is slowly but surely catching on to the science of physical training.  I'm one of the Strength & Conditioning coaches at the Naval Special Warfare Prep Course in Great Lakes, as well as a CrossFit Instructor, and a former U.S. Marine, so I'm always glad to see programs like yours doing well!  Take care man."

"For the first time I did not feel like the odd man out. I am often looked at as someone who is too extreme. I am very selective about who I train and demand much more out of them then the average trainer. It was great to be around like minded people who made me realize it is ok to expect a certain level of performance. The camp also made me take a serious look at the way I train. I reached a level of peace that I have been in search of for quite some time. I used to get in the ring with the young guys to prove I was still the baddest dog in the yard. I no longer feel the need to do this. Coach Cerrillo mad a statement that really hit home. " We can not always be the warriors. We need to train the warriors of the future to take care of us. " The camp was just so much more to me then the physical training. Before I left you told me that you have a small family and are selective as to who you invite into that family. You told me to go home think things over and keep in touch. I would welcome and love to be part of your family. I want to learn more about the process and spread the knowledge to people who need it. To athletes, troubled youths, corporate managers for team building, ROTC students and people from everyday walks of life. My back ground is diverse. I have experienced things in life that "normal people" can only imagine. I had a burning desire in my gut to teach , mentor and just make peoples lives better when I came to the camp. Now it is an out right calling in my life."

"I have been on all sorts of magic workouts in the gym but THESE are absolutely ball busting. I allocate my lunch break to try and get these in and i am getting my *** kicked. Looking forward to one of these days completing an entire workout. Cheers guys and big thanks to MDivine"

"Dear Coach Divine,

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for putting on the SEAL Fit Challenge Camp.  I may not have been the fastest runner, or been able to do the most pushups, but I did push myself every minute during the training, and I have you and the coaching staff to thank for that.  You taught me that through mental toughness I can accomplish more than I ever thought possible.  I am thankful for you and all of your staffs hard work and dedication to the camp and the future warriors who attempt and finish it.  I am going to push forward with what you taught me and do my best to master my body and reach my full potential. I will take what I have learned to BUD/S with me and use it to achieve success. Thanks again Coach."

"I have been following your sealfit workouts for most of the summer. I am a huge fan of crossfit and all its affiliates, especially sealfit. Almost every day i go home feeling that todays workout was the hardest thing i have ever done."

"I am a Marine Artillery Officer currently working out of Camp Lejeune, NC. Myself and other team leaders in the unit have been following SEALFIT for a while now; a handful of us are CrossFit Level 1 certified. We've used the prescribed workouts on the website for weekend 'motivated' sessions or as inspiration to supplement and assist in programming our WODs. We have our own 'garage gym' set up in one of our motor transportation stables and run several workouts and training sessions for the guys as the workday permits. SEALFIT has been a great resource in assisting our mission to maintain combat readiness through functional fitness."

"I subscribed to the SEALFit coaching program last year and have seen amazing results from the program. As you have repeatedly suggested, I utilized the e-mailed workouts to get myself to a point that I could accomplish the Operator's workouts posted on SEALFit.com. Just to clarify, I am in no way dissatisfied with the e-mail workouts, I am simply going to stick to the Operator's workouts posted on the sealfit website. It's been an amazing journey thus far and I look forward to continuing it. Also, through your workouts, I've been able to assist others in their endeavors to become, as I like to call it, "real world athletes." Some still come to me for assistance in getting "bigger." And I simply reply, "that's not my thing, but if you want your ass kicked, follow me." Again, thanks for the guidance and hard work you all put into everything."

"I just wanted to send you a quick note and thank you for letting me take part in the Kokoro camp a few weeks back. Having had a few weeks now to reflect, the two days that I spent at your camp were definitely the most painful, challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. I took away a great deal of knowledge about myself, fitness and life; learnings that I can apply for many years to come, both personally and professionally.

Your staff were the consummate professionals, living and breathing the warrior mindset, while always exemplifying kokoro. I left with a tremendous amount of respect for you and the entire special operations and Navy SEAL communities. Hopefully, Justin and I can get the word out and recruit more Windy City members to take part in this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of SEAL FIT"

- Brock, Kokoro Camp 7

"Do this camp. If you're not going to BUD/S, this is your ticket to self mastery. If you are going to BUD/S, nothing else will measure your stamina and build your confidence like a weekend in hell. Get off youtube, get out here and man-up.

I've travelled the world, played sports, graduated college early as the president of my class... blah blah blah. Absolutely nothing has empowered me more than this camp. I've never had a weekend as meaningful as this one. I've never been tested like this.

Outside the Special Forces community, this is the only look into warrior culture you'll ever get. The coaches are quite literally the heroes of today, and some of the guys next to you will be the heroes of tomorrow."

 - "Who" Kokoro Camp 7

"I was part of SEAL Fit Class 6 and can only describe my experience as incredible. Despite all the pain and exhaustion, the masochist in me found it to be the best time of my life. After years of following a path of corporate drudgery that I hated, I felt dead inside. At the camp I got more personally acquainted with my soul and felt emotions to a depth I haven’t felt since childhood, ranging from fear and disappointment to exhilaration and determination. I came to realize some of the lessons after the camp was over as I reflected on the spiritual implications. I initially felt invincible, with a kind of temporary confidence that may come from achieving something difficult, but as I thought more about my experience, I realized that my insecurities did not need to masquerade as strength but that I could be confident in who I was in my soul. I felt that the camp put me on the path to knowing who I was by stripping me down to my core being. I would recommend this camp to anyone who struggles with insecurities (just about everyone), or is struggling with knowing who they are and what they are called to do in life.

Mentally and physically, the benefits were tremendous. My running time improved significantly as I came to realize that my body was capable of more than I ever believed was possible. Once I came to grips with the temporal nature of pain, I was able to shut it out and see what real effort feels like. I came in thinking I was in decent shape, but quickly realized I was very much physically underprepared. My workouts are now more intense than ever, and I have changed my focus from traditional bodybuilding exercise which injured my joints to much healthier and balanced crossfit-inspired workouts. What I learned also enabled me to stay in shape even in environments where I did not have access to a modern, globo-gym complex. Mentally, at times, I was definitely questioning how much I wanted to be there, but once I put the question of quitting out of my mind, I found that place where I could push past the pain and continue on.

Finally, I will say that my classmates were awesome and I truly enjoyed the camaraderie. I saw a lot of leadership potential and guys who truly showed me what it was to be a team player. There were definitely a lot of times I wished I could have been better, stronger, and faster for them and that motivated me as well through the camp. We were all in it together and I am very grateful for having met them. The coaches were awesome in imparting their warrior philosophy and pushing us to do our best. This is an experience that I will take with me for the rest of my life.

Mark- Just a couple of days ago I was asking about the archived records and some chipper workouts. I have already told my buddies about SEALFIT and will continue doing so... You are the master of coming up with workouts and I look forward to seeing each workout every night.

I can now say that this is THE BEST workout website available! Thanks for all that you do and for keeping me in shape!

Mark, thanks for the upcoming changes and new information. I'm always hungry for new material. I think your concerns about intellectual property are relevant, but what makes a gym or program a real financial success is the community and atmosphere or energy in the gym.
