cheers myth - i take in minimum 1lb per lean body mass protein, and was keeping my carbs down, but will switch them to the same ratio as the protein, and fill the rest in with brzail nuts etc ala primal blue print - was thinking about taking a pint of milk before sleep as extra cal and protein for recovery at night. i split the wods usually into 2 sessions so will need to adjust nutrition

on pressups - pushups our standard are elbows tight to ribs hands just outside shoulder width - chest and nipples(why else have you got them) and thighs hit the floor each time full extension at the top

Warm up: ROM drills (switched the order, wasn't paying attention) 52 thrusters @ 45#, 57 pushups CTD.

Strength: Worked to 335#, was pleased by this as I haven't DL'ed in about 3 months.

Strength/Stamina: No where to do Jingle-Jangles so just added another round of DLs+20 box jumps to total 5 rounds. Scourge had a great suggestion for mountain climbers in lieu of jingle-jangles, but I had already done this segment. I'll remember next time. Took about 8 minutes. 85% or thereabouts @ 295#

WC: Woke up late, 0545, so I didn't have time to do this. I'm going to do it this evening, followed by a long bike ride. I'm off work tomorrow so I can take my time this evening on the bike.

End: also this evening.
