I understand now what you mean but what if I cannot push press it up? I don't think I can push press 205# over my head but I know I can squat it down...

well in that case just keep doing what you're doing, lol. the thing that sucks though is that if you dump the weight, then you gotta clean it back up

wc - scaled to 95# OHS cuz Linda jacked up my lower back yesterday. 28:32. 5 min rest . 2k row 8:19
dur - rx
23, 5'8, 165#

I usually go for a PR of 10# because if I go too high I shut down my nervous system and doing stamina and the work capacity is hell after. So for the video I got 205# first time... but felt easy...I PR'ed 10# already so just for fun I decided to do a second time and failed in a cool way haha.
