1. rx'd

2. 36:23 - w/20# vest and BATES. Pullups took forever, it doesn't help that I have 3 rips on each hand.

3. Rx'd - Ran mile in boots

WU - Rx'd. Stretched.
WC - 21:29 w/ DH pull ups. No weight vest, wish I had one.
DUR - Stretched and did 10 minutes of flutter kicks, leg levers, and bicycles.

I have been doing around 3 SEAL FIT WODs a week for a few weeks now, but this is my first time posting. Hats off to those who completed the challenge... I'll give it a go in the near future!

Fat Angie Sandwich as Rx'd: 30:14, joints were hurting from doing Body Armor last night

Did the challenge the following evenining, active rest 6 mile run in the A.M. 1,000 pushups in 37:06. First 500 were 25 reps every minute on the minute. Then the following 300 were 30 reps on the minute, followed by 6 x 25 reps on the minute, followed by 50 AFAP. Tougher than I expected, but I finished within my acceptable range. Nice!
It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.

1,000 pushups took me a little under 90 minutes. I'm amazed at how fast some people were knocking these out. Oh well, I'm still happy with the time. Every rep I did from 1 to 1,000 was like an instructor was there counting... deliberate, perfect, full depth.

Just did the challenge, I haven't done a workout for about a four or five days and wanted to do a "quick" one before I had to head into work. I was late for work.
1000 Push-ups, 38:06. Had to push through at a grueling pace and did not have full depth on the last 600 or so push-ups. I wish I would have looked at some of the times before I endeavored to do this.
