Warmup: Rx'd

Strength: 205#

Stamina: First 2 sets @ 175 for Press, then dropped to 155 for last 3 sets. Shoulders S'd the B. Subbed farmers walk w/ 2 80# db's.

WC: 20 sets even, had about 11 secs left, but I couldn't pick the bar up...bad on me.

Dura: Rx'd on a hill

* Wow, I got my ass kicked on this, did no one else who subbed farmers walk have trouble gripping the bar on PC's? I couldn't pick the friggin' thing up for the life of me? Maybe this just means I have to get back on my game. I am humbled.
It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.

str - 165. had to clean the bar from ground.
sta - rx w/ 140. subbed bear crawls for buddy
wc - 24 rds + 2 PC. squats were toughest. after a week of legs mine r fried.
dur - rx
23, 5'8, 165#
