Had to do this at the hotel gym in Hilton Head, supplies were limited to say the least.
WU - Regular CF warm up, subbed LAT PULL DOWNS for pullups tsk tsk. Few sets of hspu and jump squats.
WC - No rower obviously. Since 1/4 mile run is sub for 500m row, did this:
Run .125 miles, 20x35# DB manmakers
Run .250 miles, 15x35# manmakers
Run .375 miles, 10x 35# manmakers
Run .500 miles, 5x35# manmakers
Finished in 21 minutes, love them manmakers. Runs at 10-10.6 MPH on 1.5% treadmill incline.
Then bodysurfed for 30 min and got stung by jellyfish twice. Righteous.
