1. RX - plate overhead
2. (fortunately) only had time for two rounds - 19:19. first row 3:32 second 3:48; the thrusters were what killed me. This one looked easy on paper....
3. later decided to do row intervals instead. Did 10 rounds max effort 1 min on 1 min off. Average for each round just over 300 meters. (294, 305, 304, 304, 299, 304, 299, 300, 299, 308) My legs are toast tonight. I plan to do intervals on the rower more often.

Great workout today

Yeah I think that's the case for many of us bro. But there's a fine line between just enough transition (rest) time and too much. For example, that 30 sec break might make you have an overall better time when compared to no break due to fatigue. Kinda the same concept behind why you can (for example) usually get more rounds if you do X amount on the minute for 20 min as opposed to AMRAP 20. Like interval training, how the rest allows you to harness more explosiveness and power. Did that make sense?

Warmup: Rx'd
WC: 34:01
I tried to slide this wod in before my gym closed, but I tried to do so on a near empty stomach...My first round was 8:15 but I bonked hard about halfway through the 2nd round. Lesson learned!

Durability: Rx'd Not sure of distance covered, but not very much (did this about 3 min after WC)

Great wod though

Absolutely. That's why I don't mind it much. I thought I would make a note of it just for consistency's sake, but you're on the ball.

1) Did 3 x 10 KTE, 25 squats

2) 26:09.14, did 4 mins of SDHP w/ 65# bb

3) 3 hours later did 12 x 1 min on, 1 min off. Ran various hills around my neighborhood.

1. Rx'd - Used GHD and 45# KB

2. Rx'd with ~900m run. 28:25. I hate thrusters.

3. Did :30 instead of 1:00. I need to work on my short distance sprinting.

Notes - Did this wod instead of Concept 2, because the weight room doesn't have a rower. Got my nose cauterized yesterday, so I had to breath threw my mouth for the entire wod, so I wouldn't blow the scab off.
