AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible. (Usually for a set amount of time. 20 minutes for example)

What does "RM "stand for. In context: "work to 3RM @ 90%" I haven't completed any work outs yet because I do not know the lingo (fu%$#n newbie!)Thank you for any help......A

RM Stands for Rep Max - so 3RM, you would find your 3 Rep Max of a certain exercise
